| David S. Joseph,
President of D. Joseph Sons & Associates Real Estate
Company, is a Bradley University graduate. In 1974,
after eight years working in the Chicago and Peoria
real estate markets, he founded David Joseph Real Estate
Company. Joseph has developed numerous shopping centers,
office buildings, restaurants and retail outlots throughout
the Midwest. His development experience encompasses
over 2 million square feet and over $100 million worth
of commercial property. |

David is a
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
and numerous other professional and service organizations.
In addition, he has been awarded the title of Knight
of the Order of St. Gregory by the Vatican for his contributions
to church, family and community. |
